  12. NOTE TO UAE/FELLOW USERS:
  13. - This WHDload patch is configured and made possible using a REAL Amiga!
  14. If you are able to play this install on your emulator, this comes with no
  15. assurances that the install will be trouble free, and as such, NO mail can
  16. be answered in relation to bugs occuring on anything other than a
  17. REAL Amiga!  If any serious problems occur as a result of using this patch
  18. on your emulated machine, please consider reporting the problem to the 
  19. author of the emulator you are using.

  35. SPECIAL REQUEST:
  36. Could MARIO SARNO please send again your 96/97 version of 
  37. SWOS (SWOS2/SWOS2.REL files only).  Microsoft Outlook Express has deleted
  38. EVERY mail I ever had, so I no longer have your files.

  40. As a consequence, could anyone who has not had a reply from me in a while,
  41. please send mail to the above address as I have changed service provider.

  44. - Slave requires WHDLOAD V12+.
  45. - Game requires 2.0 MB Chip Mem (+ 1.8 other memory for preload option)

  52. - Bus error fixed! (Highlights)
  53. - CACR code removed
  54. - Divide by Zero code removed
  55. - RomIcon, NewIcon (x2) and GlowIcon (also x2) (all created by Frank!)

  71. EXTRA NOTES:
  72. These currently supported versions of SWOS have been tested on 68o3o
  73. and 68o6o and now operate as they should.
  74.  
  75. 45 Seperate saves are still allowed.
  76.  
  77. KNOWN BUGS:
  78. SWOS still has one bug in the game which is present in the original.
  79.  
  80. If you want to view a HIGHLIGHT, you MUST have already loaded a game and
  81. played!  It does not matter if you only play on the pitch for 2 seconds or
  82. 2 hours, the HIGHLIGHTS option expects you to have already loaded a game,
  83. otherwise it will hang.
